1. Definition of Digital Products

Software, apps, or code snippets
Digital art, music, or media
Online courses, templates, or subscription content
These products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.
2. Seller Obligations
Sellers offering digital products must:
Ensure products are original, legal, and non-infringing
Provide accurate product descriptions, system requirements, and licensing information
Deliver products immediately after purchase via secure download links or access codes
Comply with UK copyright, intellectual property, and consumer protection laws
Cooperate with Zee11 in resolving disputes regarding digital products
3. Buyer Rights & Protection
Buyers are entitled to receive functional digital products as described.
Zee11 provides buyer protection and dispute resolution for digital product transactions.
Refunds or replacements are considered if:

The product is not delivered or inaccessible

5. Delivery & Access

Sellers must ensure delivery systems are secure and accessible for buyers.
Zee11 may intervene if delivery issues prevent access or cause disputes.
6. Payment & Escrow
Payments for digital products follow Zee11’s standard escrow → instant payout model:
New sellers’ funds may be held in escrow until the transaction is verified
Verified sellers may receive instant payouts after meeting platform criteria
Zee11 charges a commission per sale; no listing fees or subscriptions are applied.
7. Updates & Policy Changes
Zee11 reserves the right to update this Digital Products Policy at any time.
Continued use of the platform for digital product sales constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
