By using Zee11 for transactions, users agree to this policy and all related policies, including Terms & Conditions, Seller Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and AML & Fraud Policy.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Zee11 accepts payments via:

    • Stripe

    • PayPal

    • Payoneer

    • Other approved gateways as displayed during checkout

  • All payments are processed securely and comply with UK financial regulations and PCI DSS standards.


2. Escrow & Payouts

  • New sellers’ funds are held in escrow until the transaction is verified and buyer satisfaction is confirmed.

  • Verified sellers may receive instant payouts after meeting Zee11 platform criteria.

3. Commission & Fees

  • Zee11 charges a commission per sale.

  • Fees are deducted automatically before payouts to sellers.


4. Payment Security

7. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are processed according to the Returns & Refunds Policy.
