All orders are placed directly with sellers through the Zee11 platform. Prices, availability, and delivery terms are set by individual sellers.

Zee11 may use secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions. Zee11 does not store sensitive payment card information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Sellers are responsible for shipping products and meeting delivery timelines. Estimated delivery dates are shown on product pages but are not guaranteed.

Zee11 is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other external factors.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Return and refund policies are determined by individual sellers and are displayed on product listings. Buyers must follow the return process described on the product page or their account dashboard.

Zee11 may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:
