By using Zee11, buyers and sellers agree to comply with this policy in addition to all other applicable policies (Terms & Conditions, Seller Policy, Privacy Policy, etc.).


1. Seller Eligibility and Verification

  • Sellers must undergo:

    • Identity verification (government-issued ID)

    • Business registration verification (if applicable)

    • Bank account verification for payouts

    • In-person verification to ensure legitimacy

  • Zee11 reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate seller accounts for non-compliance or suspicious activity.


2. Listing Rules

  • Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory availability.

  • Prohibited items include:

    • Adult products

    • High-risk or illegal goods

    • Counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized items

  • Dropshipping is not allowed; sellers must hold inventory or comply with Zee11-approved fulfillment processes.

  • Digital products are allowed if they comply with UK law.


3. Transaction Guidelines

  • Buyers and sellers conduct transactions via the Zee11 platform using secure payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, others).

  • New sellers’ funds are held in escrow; verified sellers may receive instant payouts after meeting performance criteria.

  • Commission per sale is charged, but there are no listing fees or seller subscriptions.


4. Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Sellers are responsible for accurate order fulfillment, timely shipping, and tracking updates.

  • Zee11 and verified logistics partners, including SKYLINK Distributors LTD, may assist with shipping.

  • Buyer protection applies in case of lost, damaged, or incorrect items.


5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are managed jointly by Zee11 and sellers according to the Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Buyers may initiate disputes if orders are not delivered or items are misrepresented.

  • Zee11 ensures fair resolution while maintaining seller accountability.


6. Buyer & Seller Conduct

Users must not:

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

  • Attempt to manipulate listings, reviews, or marketplace metrics

  • Use multiple accounts to bypass rules

  • Violate intellectual property rights or other users’ rights

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.


7. Platform Liability

  • Zee11 facilitates transactions but is not directly responsible for product quality or seller performance.

  • Liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by UK law, with buyer protection measures in place for covered scenarios.


8. Compliance & Reporting
