Zee11 Returns & Refund Policy | Buyer Protection and Refund Guidelines

At Zee11, customer satisfaction and fair trade are our top priorities. Our Returns & Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for requesting returns, receiving refunds, and using our buyer protection guarantee. This policy applies to all purchases made through the Zee11 marketplace, whether from Zee11’s own inventory or verified third-party sellers.


1. Overview

  • Zee11 operates a shared refund authority system. Both Zee11 and the individual seller are involved in reviewing return requests.

  • All transactions are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or other approved gateways.

  • Buyer protection guarantees ensure fair treatment for qualified return requests.

  • Refunds are issued according to the payment method used, wallet system, or escrow account.


2. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return if it meets all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within the timeframe specified on the product listing (usually 7–30 days depending on seller and item type)

  • Unused and in original condition with all packaging intact

  • Includes proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • Complies with any seller-specific return instructions displayed on the product page

Products that are damaged due to misuse or do not meet eligibility criteria may not be accepted for return or refund.


3. Initiating a Return

  1. Log in to your Zee11 account and navigate to Your Orders.

  2. Select the product you wish to return and click Request Return.

  3. Provide a brief explanation for the return and attach any required photos or documentation.

  4. Zee11 will review the request in collaboration with the seller.

  5. If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item, including shipping details.


4. Refund Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and verified, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, Zee11 wallet, or escrow account.

  • Refund timelines:

    • Wallet / Escrow: 1–3 business days

    • Payment gateway (Stripe/PayPal): 5–10 business days depending on bank processing times

  • Partial refunds may be issued for items that are damaged, missing components, or returned in a non-original condition.


5. Buyer Protection Guarantee

Zee11 provides a buyer protection guarantee that ensures:

  • Disputes with sellers are mediated by Zee11

  • Refunds are processed fairly and transparently

  • Escrow accounts protect your funds until the transaction is successfully completed or a valid refund request is resolved

The guarantee applies only to verified purchases and transactions completed through the Zee11 platform.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, including but not not limited to:

  • Digital products (except if defective or not delivered)

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Adult products (if applicable)

  • Items prohibited under UK law or Zee11 policies


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For products returned due to seller error or defective items, Zee11 will cover return shipping costs.

  • For returns due to buyer preference, shipping costs may be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise specified on the product listing.

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided when the return is approved.


8. Escalation of Disputes

If a return or refund request cannot be resolved directly with the seller:

  1. Contact Zee11 support via the Help Center or support@zee11.com

  2. Provide order details, tracking information, and supporting documentation

  3. Zee11 will review the case and issue a final determination, consistent with buyer protection policies


9. Updates to This Policy

Zee11 reserves the right to update this Returns & Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically to stay informed of any modifications.
