Zee11 is a UK-based multi-vendor marketplace operated by ZENN10 LTD. This Seller Policy outlines the responsibilities, obligations, and requirements for individuals and companies selling on Zee11. Compliance with this policy ensures a safe, reliable, and professional marketplace environment.
1. Eligibility to Sell

Sellers must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to sell in the UK.

Both individuals and registered businesses are allowed to sell on Zee11, subject to verification.

In-person verification and submission of valid government ID, business registration documents, and bank account information are mandatory.

2. Product Listings
Sellers are responsible for:

Violation may result in immediate suspension or account termination.
4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Sellers must ship products promptly and provide tracking information.

Zee11 allows fulfillment via seller warehouses, Zee11 warehouses, or approved partners (e.g., SKYLINK Distributors LTD).

Failure to fulfill orders on time may result in penalties or suspension.
5. Payments & Fees

Zee11 charges a commission per sale; no listing or subscription fees are required.

Seller funds may be held in escrow initially; after achieving trust/performance milestones, instant payouts are enabled.

Sellers are responsible for all taxes, including UK VAT, if applicable.
6. Returns & Refunds

Sellers must cooperate with Zee11 to handle return and refund requests.

Buyer protection guarantees and shared refund authority apply.

Non-compliance with returns or disputes may result in penalties or suspension.
7. Account Security

Sellers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

Any unauthorized access must be reported to Zee11 immediately.

Zee11 reserves the right to suspend accounts for suspicious activity.
8. Communication & Conduct

Sellers must respond professionally and promptly to buyer inquiries.

Misleading communication, harassment, or fraudulent behavior is strictly prohibited.

9. Policy Updates & Compliance

10. Termination
