If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return:

  1. Log in and go to My Orders.
  2. Find the order containing the item you want to return and click Request Return.
  3. Select the reason for return and upload photos of the item.
  4. Submit the request. Once approved, follow the instructions to send the item back.

Please ensure the item is in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:

  • Methods: Refund will be credited to your original payment method or your ZEE11 Wallet.
  • Timeline: It usually takes 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank. Wallet refunds are instant.
