Stay updated on your delivery status:

  1. Go to the Track Order page linked in the footer or header.
  2. Enter your Order Code and your registered email or phone number.
  3. Click Track Now to see the real-time status of your package.

You can also track your order directly from your User Dashboard under the "Purchase History" section.

Shipping details vary based on your location and the product seller:

  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Express options may be available.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the distance. Check for "Free Shipping" tags on eligible products!

You can update your address before an order is shipped:

  • Go to My Profile > Address Book to add or edit addresses.
  • Note: Once an order is marked as "Shipped" or "Out for Delivery," we cannot change the destination. Please contact support immediately if you notice an error in your address.
